EXPERIENCED SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
- Perform clean and checks
- Perform service calls
- Ability to learn new equipment and repairs not seen before
- Performs work safely and accurately
- Sales capability to offer customers value
- Minimum call back rate on service calls
Qualifications/Skills
- Must possess EPA certification
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Sales and estimating skills

LEAD INSTALLER - NEW CONSTRUCTION/REMODEL
Responsibilities:
- Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
- Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns
- Responsible for keeping installation vehicles clean and neat both inside and outside in keeping with the company’s professional image
- Follows standard procedures and process, ensures that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts to branch, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as needed
- Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned
- Works under minimal supervision to install HVAC equipment and accessories in the customer’s home
- Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required
- Performs start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components
Qualifications:
- Allen County journeyman’s license
- Good driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Expected to perform all duties that are required

PLUMBING APPRENTICE
Responsibilities:
- Working on residential new construction and installation projects
training provided for career growth including working with a master or journeyman plumber - Coordinate with office for daily calls
- Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
- Maintain a professional image
- Following safety policies and procedures
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications/Skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable car
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift at least 70lbs unassisted
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail
